1. Content Standards & Themes:

All submitted photographs must align with our club's core themes: **National Parks, Dogs, and Tropical Beaches**. This includes majestic landscapes, diverse wildlife captured ethically in parks, heartwarming portraits or candid shots of dogs enjoying life, and vibrant scenes from tropical coastal areas. We aim to foster a positive, family-friendly, and inspiring visual environment.

• **Allowed Content Examples:** Breathtaking mountain vistas, a dog happily playing or napping, serene beach sunsets, wildlife photography.
• **Prohibited Content:** Nudity, hate speech, illegal activities, graphic violence, spam, advertising, personal attacks, or content deemed offensive or inappropriate by our moderation team.

2. Photo Sourcing & Credit:

You are welcome to submit any photo you choose, whether you are the original photographer or obtained it from another source. However, full and accurate credit MUST be given to the original photographer or the site where the image was obtained. This ensures proper attribution and respects the work of others. By submitting your photographs, you grant Nature & Paws Photo Club a non-exclusive license to display your images on our website, social media, and promotional materials for contest and gallery purposes, with credit as provided by you.

• **How to Credit:** Include the photographer's name (e.g., "Photo by Jane Doe") or the source website (e.g., "Image via Unsplash.com") in your submission details.
• **Disclaimer:** While we emphasize proper credit, Nature & Paws Photo Club is not responsible for the copyright compliance of submitted photos. Submitting content implies you have the right to display it on our platform with the provided attribution.

3. Technical Submission Requirements:

To ensure optimal display quality and platform performance, please adhere to the following technical guidelines for your photo submissions:

• **Accepted File Formats:** We exclusively accept images in **JPEG (.jpg), PNG (.png), and GIF (.gif)** formats.
• **Maximum File Size:** Each individual image file must not exceed **1MB (megabyte)** in size. Photos exceeding this limit may be automatically rejected or removed. We recommend optimizing your images for web display prior to submission.

4. Community Conduct:

We expect all members to engage respectfully with one another. Comments and interactions should be constructive and positive. Harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards other members or moderators will not be tolerated.

5. Violations & Enforcement:

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in consequences, including, but not limited to:

• Removal of submitted content.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of your account.
